Our snowman, added for our 2019 show, is actually re-purposed from an off-the-shelf product. Scott’s mother was going to throw away the snowman, whose incandescent lights were no longer working properly. Scott removed the lights, cleaned it up, and installed 150 smart RGB bullet pixels. The smart RGB technology allows us to create an unlimited number of patterns as each of the 150 bulbs is individually addressable.

The snowman sits on a “pond” of lights that has four colors: blue, multi, warm white, and cool white. The “pond” is then surrounded by a border of 50 smart RGB bulbs.

Unlike most of our show elements, the snowman will be fairly static during each song. Between songs, however, it will change to another color theme to match the next song being played.
